100 Ways to Cope With Stress – Day 31 – Take a bubble bath

I never take bubble baths, only because I have a shower. But I remember what it felt like as a child to fill up that tub with hot water and my favorite pink bubble bath scent which happened to be from Avon. It has suddenly occurred to me that a lot of things that relieve stress are things I did as a child! Isn’t that odd? It’s strange how we grow into adult-size humans and forget the joys of childhood! I can’t remember having stress when I was a child. I guess that’s because I flew kites, played in the rain, and took bubble baths as suggested in earlier posts!

I think the hidden point here is that when we become adults and are prone, sometimes, to stress then we must try not to forget the joys of being young. Perhaps if we act and think young, we’ll remain young as we age! And, of course, be less stressed.

Have you made your kite yet?
